She's passionate about probably everything ----- Linda

Hi, I’m Linda.I’m a Sagittarius and an ENFJ. I’m usually enthusiastic and outgoing, though sometimes I turn into an introvert. I’ve loved mystery novels since I was little. Agatha Christie, Keigo Higashino, and Sherlock Holmes sparked my love for analyzing details, spotting contradictions, and building logical arguments. That naturally led me to debate. This is my second semester in the club, and I’ve really enjoyed the experience. Debate has sharpened my critical thinking, helped me see issues from new perspectives, and taught me how to challenge ideas respectfully. To me, debate isn’t just about arguing. It’s about learning, growing, and expanding how we see the world. I’m excited to continue pushing myself and learning with this team!
Generally anything positive can be used to describe her ----- Olivia

I really value my privacy and enjoy time alone—usually spent reading novels or collecting a never-ending list of movies I want to watch (someday!). I also have a few unexpected hobbies that might surprise you—maybe I’ll share them later. I’m truly honored to be your friend. Let’s grow together, learn from each other, and maybe, in our own way, make the world a little brighter. Looking forward to the journey ahead.

Y does your self-intro have so many words -----Tai , aka.lk Yao Ming

“Hello everyone, my name is Tai, and I’m really excited to be part of this foreign diplomacy debate club. I’ve always been fascinated by the dynamics of international relations — how countries interact, negotiate, and sometimes clash — and the role that diplomacy plays in shaping our world. One of the things that draws me to this field is how complex and layered every global issue is. Whether it’s conflict resolution, climate negotiations, or human rights, there’s always more beneath the surface. I love asking ‘why’ — why certain policies succeed or fail, why nations take certain positions, and how historical and cultural contexts influence decision-making. This curiosity is what motivates me to engage in debate, research, and international affairs. I believe debating is more than just proving a point — it’s about understanding perspectives, building strong arguments, and being open to change. Through this club, I hope to not only improve my public speaking and critical thinking but also to gain deeper insight into global challenges by hearing all of your viewpoints. Some of the topics I’m especially interested in include the power dynamics between major nations like the U.S. and China, the role of the United Nations in conflict zones, and how soft power — like culture and media — can shape diplomatic outcomes. I’m also interested in how diplomacy intersects with business, technology, and even misinformation. I’m really looking forward to joining debates, working on team arguments, and learning from all of you. Thanks for having me, and I’m excited for what we’ll achieve together!”
